“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers” (Acts 2:42)

Led by Dr. Larry McCord, our Senior Pastor, our weekly Christian worship service format involves praising God in music and speech, readings from scripture, various prayers, a sermon, and various ceremonies such as communion, baptism, and welcoming new members.

We have a hybrid Sunday service program, taking place in-person, on Zoom, and Facebook Livestream at 11:30 a.m. ET. Services are recorded and can be seen on your YouTube Channel.

Our service engages our congregation and ministry to participate by doing scripture readings and making new members feel welcome.

To celebrate holidays, special occasions, and ceremonies, we are known for our sumptuous repasts. We believe that, after thanking God and receiving spiritual food, we want our congregation not to leave physically hungry. We have excellent chefs who are members and they take pleasure in creating the menus for our events.

On the Fourth Sunday of the month, members accept Holy Communion.  Communion is a sacred time of fellowship with God, where believers remember Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. In this unique time of worship, believers commemorate the Lord’s death through prayer and meditation. It is accompanied by partaking of a small piece of bread and a sip of wine (or grape juice).  https://firmisrael.org  (Holy Communion – Its Purpose, Origins and Power)
